Review 2/21/2011
Horrible service and opaque terms claim to strip you of your consumer rights and of your money. Clause 11 of the Terms of Service reads that Eharmony can hold you in breach of their terms but that it does not have to disclose what those exact terms are. Hence, they can charge you one day and then proceed to cancel your subscription but retain the funds the next. Eharmony claims that it's not obligated to disclose the reason for its decision and can arbitrarily take your money from you while asserting that you have forfeited your consumer protection rights. Someone needs to verify if this clause is legally binding because it is common knowledge that Eharmony frequently invokes it to justify failing to return your funds. Irrespective of what they claim, they can't violate the lands of land but need to be legally challenged before any revisions can happen. Nevertheless, avoid at all costs!
