Yellow Air taxi left myself, my girlfriend and 15 others stranded at Abaco's main airport July 04, 2010. No notification, no alternated means of getting back to U.S. soil.
The agent at the airpost stated that we would be on the first flight July 5th 9am. That time came and went. This time there was no agent!
Our new found freinds (fellow stranded passesengers) had to charter our own plane with Regional Air for 3,200.00 to get us all home safely.
I have sent several emails to the owner and not one reply!
their planes are 40 years old in lousy condition to the point where I am going next to the FAA to file a complaint. It took the pilot 4 attempts to start the left engine when we left FLL and during the entire 1.15 min flight, the oil temp guage for the right engine was in the red section!!
