Report them to Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General’s office

This company needs to be reported to the links shown below, advise them IN WRITING with at least one of those letters being sent Certified mail. Let them know you will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General’s office. I work for an attorney and this is will get their attention. The next step is to actually file the complaint, it can be done on the website, my son is having the same issue with this company and I myself have spoken to them, he paid off his loan 5 months ago and still no title. https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and http://oag.ca.gov/consumers
