I took my mom to this location to help her with some gold she wanted to sell. She had went to another business in Simi Valley off Madera and had a very bad experience with an employee who was rude and disrespectful, so she was hesitant to try another place. It was my first time to any gold buying dealer and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The office was welcoming, clean and the hostess, Ruth Perez, was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. She made sure we were comfortable and explained each step she took in the process which was enlightening and gave us peace of mind. My mother received what she felt was more than adequate compensation for the sale of her gold and she was treated as a valued customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their gold and coins and I for one will be sure to come back again!!
