I have been to the Tapo Canyon location on four occasions within the past two months. My first interaction with Jennifer was remarkable. She is an exceptional relationship builder. I did not sell to her at that point, but returned after getting further quotations. As promised, she beat my best quotation, and the sale was completed. My third visit was also with Jennifer (wonderful again). I had what turned out to be costume jewellery, so no sale was made.
My fourth visit was with Colleen, who was equally as personable and trustworthy as Jennifer. She was able to beat an estimate I had on some gold from another firm, and the transfer was completed.
I've felt very good about doing business with West Coast and with both of these ladies, and will definitely return again.
My only cautionary advice to others would be that the first estimate might be on the low side, so feel free to bargain or to get quotes from other firms so you have an appropriate basis of comparison.
