My management company contacted west coast after several contractors failed to repair my dryer. The tech was able to come out the following day. It just so happened that he stopped by my property when I was picking up my kids. i missed his call when he tried to contact me. He was actually kind enough to return even when he was already 20 minutes away when I called him back. I was met by a jolly fellow with a subtle russian accent who promptly diagnosed the problem and provided several alternative solutions. after my manager greenlit the job tech was able to fix it on the spot (he had the parts necessary on his truck). I was very happy with their professional conduct.
