In response to your complaint posted against our service, we would like to extend an apology for any inconveniences endured throughout the process of your move. Our company makes it a priority to assist and address all issues to the best of our ability as their moving coordinator/shipper agent.
Our office agreed to coordinate your move from Florida to Texas with pick up to be performed on the estimated dates of 10/27/09 to 10/28/09 and delivery to be executed on the estimated dates of 10/31/09 to 11/8/09. Our office does not believe in misleading or misinforming our customers and we have every intention to service the move on the dates requested; however, unavoidable delays may occur.
Our office will continue to work with the carrier on your behalf regarding the delivery of your household items and request compensation due to the inconveniences.
