After I received family trust, I have to call the trustee, Jean Smith,to make correction on both of my name and address. She claimed it was a typo on. She then stated "Don't worry, you will get a check once the settler died".
Two days later, I called her back to let her know that she was being rude and unprofessional. She exclaimed that she did not has a conversation with me and denied such comments. She then hang up the phone on me. Her manner was rude for the second times and it was unacceptable.
