I have to admit. When I first called here I wasn't sure I could refinance my home and keep my payments low. I talked to one of their agents and they told me they could take me out of the negative adjustible loan and put me into a fixed rate. My loan closed very fast and everything that they disclosed up front was the truth at the final signing table. My payments only went up by $150.00 a month and I'm no longer differing interest. Considering how the mortgage industry is they did very well closing my loan in Dec 2007. It only took 2.5 weeks to get everything done. I'm very happy with Wall Street Mortgage, I will recomend it to every one.
