When we purchased the car on a weekend, the salesperson told us that he could not give us the second key, the second key fob and the owners manual as they were locked up. He and the manager told us it was a matter that it was the weekend and they did not have access to the shop area. They promised that they would send it to us. We called them two times and they each time said they would send it to us. On the third call. they salesman said they did not have it and that they would not send us a new one. We had to pay over $400 for the new key and key fob. I also call Volvo of America and got no help, nor did they care. We made the mistake of not getting it in writing. Never buy a volvo.
