Still waiting on my belongings

I chose USA Top Movers because of their responsiveness via phone/email and their competitive pricing. Everything seemed fine when I made my cross-country moving reservation, until a couple days before the two-day window I was given. I was told by Kevin, my customer service rep, that the men with the truck would call Thursday or Friday to confirm if they would be there Saturday or Sunday. When Friday afternoon came, I called the number on their website...no answer. I called again Saturday when no one showed up...no answer. Finally, on Sunday, Jarrod calls letting me know he will be there in the afternoon. He calls later to say he will be late. He and his moving assistant didn't show up to my apartment until 9:00 pm on Sunday night and didn't finish until almost 1:00 am. My neighbors were so upset, that they called and left messages with the leasing office (so I had to deal with that, luckily it was my first noise complaint). Also, I have a child and because of all the excitement and noise of moving, he was up past 11:00 pm. My total ended up be more than double what my estimate was, but I paid half when they picked it up and am expected to pay the other half when they bring my things to me.
Fast-forward to today, almost four weeks after they picked up my things to move them from California to Kentucky. I've tried to call them every single day this week and they haven't answered (so I've left messages). I've emailed info@... without response. Now, I'm just left without 95% of my belongings. This is a nightmare. If they would just call me back so I could get my things, that would be wonderful.
