I have visited this store a couple times with my husband and have not received very good customer service. We asked questions regarding some landscaping supplies and the person working the counter stated he didn't know and then turned away from us and ignored us. We left and decided to go to Home Depot instead. There was another instance where we asked a question and we got the answer but the salesperson was rather rude. I will never shop again at True Value due to the lack of professionalism from their sales staff and the way they treat their customers.
