Beau was fabulous to work with! It seems getting a loan these days is extremely difficult, but Beau made the process so easy. Let me give some background. I live in Nevada and was purchasing a second residence in California, so all of my interaction was from a distance and to top it off just had a baby. He was ALWAYS available and did the worrying for me! He very knowledgeable on lenders as well as the market. Beau came recommended to me and I am so pleased with the work he has done. I will complete my review by saying, I will continue to use Beau and highly recommend him.
