My Husband and I decided to use them to get out of our timeshare on 7/1/2012. We were definitely a bit skeptical at first, especially after reading some not so nice reviews online. We continued to contact them at least once a month just to check on our status. Their customer service wasn't as great as I would have expected, but I eventually got my status updates when asking how the process was going. They are VERY strict on getting paperwork sent back to them, and the time lines for it. I guess that would be my only complaint. Other than that, as of 1/28/13 we are finally free and clear of our timeshare!!! No More Fees!!!!!!!
