Wasted my time going to my bank

I Started a Modification with my bank and was going no where, they kept saying I was missing documents/wasn't receiving them. So I gave up and was worried because I was about to lose my house that I've been in for more than 20 years. Oak Ridge Financial were able to help me even with my fixed income, they were very detailed and upfront with everything which was a major plus that my bank wasn't able to do. Took a little longer than expected but the outcome was worth the wait. All in all I would recommend to all homeowners that are struggling with their home.
