I would give this company a zero. They do not hold up their gaurantee in a timely manner as promised. I have been waiting 15months for my timeshare to be transfered out of my name and at the present time it is still in my name. I was told it would take 120 days.I have spoken to several customer service reps over the past 15months and have been given all kinds of excuses. I was promised in januray it would be finalized in 3-5 weeks and here we are today with nothing more than we had when we went to the meeting except a negative in my checkbook for the large sum i foolishly gave them. They are also suppose to pay any maintenance fee bills that are accrued during the transfer. I have an outstanding bill with late charges accrued from jan 2012 that is still not paid. They are unreliable and do not stand behind their policy. DO NOT HIRE THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. TAKE IT FROM ME.
