Teledirect.com is a horrible call center.

I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem.
There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.
