I have had a pleasant experience with TS Luxury Group. I was contacted by them back in August in regard to my timeshare. It sounded like the same old spiel I'd heard 20 times before. I had done business with several resale companies and seen no results. I was very sceptical about the entire thing, but they said if I wasn't comfortable I could cancel my contract once I received them if I didn't want to move forward. Well I received my contracts and was a little hesitant in signing them but I did. They reassured me that everything was in order and that my timeshare would be sold. I couldn't be happier with the performance I received from them. My representative and the people in customer care were always polite and very helpful. The sale has gone quite well. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I received my check on Friday. It has been a long struggle owning and now selling my timeshare, but thanks to TS Luxury Group I finally have received some closure. I hope this review helps someone out there in deciding to do business with this company. I certainly am glad I took the leap of faith. Thank you TS Luxury Group.
