Buyer beware! The salesman was very courteous and gave an outstanding presentation. However, his first estimate came out to over $24,000 for 17 windows and 1 slider. I told him that I thought his estimate was more than twice what I thought was reasonable for the job. Within 5 minutes, he put together a new quote for just over $12,000...telling me that they'd give me the better price if I would allow the company to place a sign on my lawn for 30 days.
The Anlin windows are very good vinyl retro-fit windows, similar in quality to several other manufacturers like Milgard. We decided on the Milgard windows, which are being installed by a local company in Santa Clarita for just under $10,000.
Bottom line, in my opinion...SCCCI is not a credible company and I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them.
