The Starter Kit consist of an Electronic Cigarette (battery & atomizer), USB Charger, Wall Charger, 3 Flavored Filters, Hard Plastic Traveling case and it all comes in a gift box. In retail locations similar starter kits sell from between $129.00 to $159.00 we give that to you for FREE. The radio ad does say "Call to SEE HOW to get it for FREE." The way to get this for free is you have to pay the shipping and handling and you have to get 1 month supply of filters. The offering online is exactly the same. It says "buy 20 filters, get the Starter Kit for FREE." Web prices do not have to match special radio offers, much like retail prices vary from web prices or radio offers.
