I worked with Roi and Giland for the remodeling of several of my bathrooms. They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and pleasant. As a single female, I was weary going into this process for the first time ever and interviewed a total of 4 contractors before deciding on Silverstar. They were friendly, didn't push me to do more than I wanted or could afford, had this great computer model which helped me to visualize what I wanted, and provided me with a budget that met my needs. One word of caution (and this really has nothing to do with Silverstar), be sure you know exactly what you want to do (all the little details) as changes after you've agreed on a plan and budget can get expensive. It's always better to wrap it all in to a lump sum price estimate.
I was not home during most of the ongoing work, so getting things exactly the way I wanted often times took a couple of tries, but Roi, Gilad and their crew were patient and would walk through the changes with me and they would implement them as requested. The overall job took a bit longer than expected; however, much of the delays were because of trying to get inspectors out to approve the work completed. Yes, these guys actually do stuff by the book, which I really appreciated.
Almost a year after my remodel was completed, I found some minor cracking in the grouting of the shower and a loose faucet fixture. I called up Roi and asked if they would come and fix it (no charge). Roi got back to me right away and within about a week they were able to set up an appointment with me at my convenience and make the minor repairs. They really stand by their work, which tells me they are dependable and responsible.
I am very happy with the work they completed for me. My bathrooms look SO much better!
