Review 12/16/2010

The written instructions for viewing Roku on mHuy TV are poor. They do not mention that a person needs to use the "Input" button on their remote so that the TV goes to "Video" (same as for viewing a DVD player). I called them 2 times and could not get thru to the Customer Service person what I needed to do. Obviously ROKU has outsourced their customer service business to another country, which made it even harder to deal with. When I figured out to put my TV on Video, and got it hooked up using a Hub that had my computer & the Roku hooked up to it, the Roku refused to recognize my Internet server, Comcast. I tried & tried. I finally mailed the Roku back & requested a refund. I got the refund, but only the cost of the Roku, not the shipping. I have emailed them & demanded the shipping cost be refunded because it cost mr $7.00 to mail it back to them!! Thus my "review" on here.
