I bought a Roku player a year ago. I've had nothing but problems with it. Many of the apps for it freeze up all the time. I e-mailed Roku but they ignored me! I finally had to file a BBB complaint, but Roku has the nerve to try to exchange it after all of this instead of giving a refund. What's worse is that it's been a week, and I'm still waiting for Roku to get around to contacting me to set up the exchange.
