AWESOME! Who knew that a major remodel could be such an enjoyable and exciting experience. We've lived in our home for 30 years and this was our second remodel; and a much improved experience over the first remodel done by another contractor. Thank goodness for Remodel Pros, they are the standard to which ALL other contractors should be held accountable. Take note, if you want a contractor that does the job to perfection, on time, on budget, with a clean, honest, friendly, upbeat crew, then this is your contractor. Want frustrations and delays, over budget, someone that does the job their way, then Remodel Pros is not for you. We continued to live in our home throughout the remodel while Remodel Pros worked and respected our space and kept their working areas clean at the end of everyday. When I ask for professional advice on some of my finishing choices Ben was there to offer his expertise with complete respect for my selections. Ben and the crew removed appliances during the demolition phase and reinstalled them toward the completion of the project just as clean as a whistle and in perfect condition. Ben even kept the suppliers on time then they began to fall behind on their promised delivery dates. Our experience with Remodel Pros won't give them a five star rating, they deserve nothing less than TEN STARS from us.
