Caution when purchasing a car from Regan Motors
|
We saved for over 2 years to buy our daughter her first car. We went to Regan Motors and thought it was very nice, the people were nice and we go the paperwork done in no time.
However, not even 30 days later and $400 in repairs, we found out the entire engine had to be replaced. Our daughter did not even get a chance to drive it! We have talked to them but they are not willing to make right on the situation without us having to pay amost another $1000. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes they try and make it right with us without us having to pay much more out of pocket!
