so i ordered (2) led glowsticks and recived (0). no contact available. put in another order today but this time have tracking # and a reference with not only b.b.b. "better buissnes bureau", but my friend works for and is also my mail carrier.he can and will verify any packages i order. have had this happen with a car audio company before and lost $140.00.took a little while but got my money returned. as a consumer you have rights. never give up.also if you use your card you can have your card company verify all transactions.further more if you feel neglected post it as i am not afraid to take up a class action lawsuit.feel free to send any complaints to me @ jasonchambers75@aol.com. also dont be suprised if they change the name of the company or disappear all together.
