Does anyone have information on how to find Ed Haley of Quest Financial Solutions? Any information on how to locate him is appreciated. His company is no longer in their offices and will not pick up the phone or return phone calls. They have $2500 from us and our personal files with all our private information. I know they have scammed many many, others but it's difficult to recoup if you can't find them.
