Today, April 23, 2010 I was contacted by Prudential Vacation Properties for the very first time. I have never heard of or dealt with this company before. (they just started on 1-7-2010) I was asked about details on my timeshare because they have a "buyer" who is interested. I asked if they "really" do have a buyer, or are they just "fishing?" I was told that they only contact owners when they have a buyer and when that buyer is ready to give an offer.
After talking to the agent for a few minutes and answering questions I was assured that they would only call when they had a legitimate offer from a buyer.
That was the last comment. I will post another commentary when I hear more from this company. We receive a lot of calls from companies and we did go with another company in Las Vegas which turned out to be a very bad mistake. We are very careful now about who we will deal with on selling our timeshare.
