WORST, MOST UNRELIABLE SHUTTLE EVER!!!!!!!!

This the first time I decided to shuttle from LAX and it's been one of the worst services I've ever experienced! I waited over 1.5 HOURS amidst the suffocating fumes of all the airport traffic for my RESERVED shuttle. Even though i asked the primetime representative for updates on my shuttle, he ignored me or said he didnt have any idea. The prime time representative finally gave up after the hour+half mark (around midnight) and handed me over to Super Shuttle and left for the night--so unreliable that even the rep gave up trying!! I was so fed up and exhausted that I just took a cab home. HIGHLY unreliable!! I don't know where those random high marks came from, but anyone with half a brain will hopefully heed to the warnings of many pissed off customers (such as myself). Trust me, just pay the extra few bucks to go with a more reliable service or a cab...

On occasion late at night we can run short on Shuttles. We do transport over 1,000 passengers per day and an extremely small % experience any type of problem. I do apologize that the coordinator didn't inform you that he would not be able to get a shuttle faster than an hour later. That is not how they are supposed to handle the situwation. We are also happy to pay the difference in the cost that you paid for the taxi if you can please email me your reservation number.
What should have happened is after 20 or so minutes if no ETA could be provided they should have explained the situation and informed you to contact our customer service department for reimbursement for the lack of service and cost of other transportation.
Again I'm sorry it was mis-handled and we are willing to try to address the situation still.
