worst traveling experiance in my entire life

My appointment was at 11:45 am to take me from union station to lax. The driver came at 11:29 am and he left at 11:44 am. they would not come back to get me. I ended up taking a cab and barely made my flight. Then when i come back...these asshole will not even give me a refund. Never never will I use this company again.

When taking a shared ride shuttle part of the conditions is that customers need to be flexible up to 15 minutes before or after their pickup time. If the customer cannot accommodate that requirement a private shuttle/car is required.
Shared ride service means that multiple parties have to be combined and we need customers to be flexible in order to ensure everyone makes their flight on time.
If the customer would like to provide their reservation number we can look at the details to see if there was a problem on our end but the driver is required to wait until the original pickup time before leaving.
