I am wondering exactly where my anger should be funneled toward. I received some coke rewards points after buying Coke's TOO EXPENSIVE bottle pack and not cans! Thought I would redeem a few, and proceeded to do just that. However, since I don't have a cell phone, and the site mentioned NOTHING about the need for one, the wallpaper I chose as my reward was TOTALLY USELESS! In fact, I cannot even download it since it is designed for a CELL PHONE! Now the POINTS were QUICKLY deducted from my account for USELESS wallpaper. Why is it that companies are very QUICK to deduct but slow or even IMPOSSIBLE to refund? Danny Sharp
