I noticed a $14.99 charge on my cell phone and inquired with my carrier as to what it was and why it was on there. Come to find out, it had BEEN charged to me for over 10 months. I felt pretty stupid that I'd not seen it before but with e-bills I wasn't paying that close attention. I immediately had my carrier put a STOP on my phone for any future charges from this company. I contacted the company and chose the option to place an order knowing I'd get a human being... The person I spoke to was helpful and seemed afraid of upsetting me further. She advised me to send copies of my cell phone bill highlighting their charges so they could review them for a potential refund. I did as instructed and sent the package certified return receipt. I have only received the return receipt. No other correspondence has been received to date. The cell phone I had at the time of the charges did not have access to the internet, thus making use of their services nonexistent for me. As a rule, I never enter my cell phone online so I'm not sure how this even started.
It is sad that this company has an A+ rating with the BBB when they provide such horrible service and don't seem to contact the people they've cheated. If you haven't googled them, I suggest you do that. It's not good.
