We paid in full for a full week stay December 22-26 2019 with Paradise Retreats. We had a family emergency and had to cancel 3 weeks before the rental date Dec. 1, 2019. Paradise Retreats only refunded the cleaning deposit. Every other company would give a full refund or at the minimum take 50%. These people are heartless. I would not do business with them. This agency is corrupt and unkind. Why would they take the full rent when given so much notice? The reason is they are not a reputable company.
