My fiance is incarcerated in PA, and they have recently switched to PCS. I have had nothing but problems since this has happened. They tell me that I dont answer my calls, but they never come through. I called my phone company to verify that the calls were never coming through. I have taken caller id and all features off of my phone as PCS reguested. I have changed my phone number, and I have set up a pre pay account, but yet, they are not accepting my local cell number as a valid phone number. this is what their web page tells me, but their representatives are telling me that I just don't answer my calls. I've had to answer calls to my house phone which is out of state where I live, and I'm paying 14 dollars a call instead of 4 dollars. I was recieving calls on my cell to about a week ago, and then they just quit accepting my cell as a valid number. I've contacted my cell company as well as the facility that my fiance's in, and it's not them. It is PCS. When I call PCS, I cant get someone who speaks clear English, and they talk amongst themselves in another language. I wonder if the call cente ris even in the USA. They have hung up on me several times.
