Scammed by Fred Golightly and Olivia & Will Inc

I have ordered the Pirate Bed in February. Wired also the money based on the order. Mr. Fred Golightly promised to ship the furniture next week.
Since then I have not been able to reach Mr. Fred Golightly, he is not answering e-,ails neither phone calls.
I am sure this is pure scam. I am preparing report to police.
Has anyone already filed a police report about their long term scam?
