HORRIBLE STAY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi I am writing this review in regards to my stay at the palace rental in Beverly Hills . It all began with miss communication at our check in . I read that the office was open for check in from 2-6pm . When I called and showed up and 2pm ,nobody was in the office - nor could I even get anyone on the phone until 2:45 . Once I got someone on the phone, I had to wait for them to show up at 4 to check me in . I was late to my company dinner which was a huge part of why I made the trip. Another reason I made the trip and booked with omg travel and palace deluxe was because of the pool and patio. I had 6 people join me on the trip because we promoted the hotel and that we would be having a team dinner / pool hang out Saturday evening . Once we arrived we got the news there was no pool, which left my entire party livid and feeling robbed . To top it off the dishwasher was broken - lights in the apartment didn't work , no tv at all , I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body AND had to kill two cock roaches . The security was EXTREMELY Rude
For no reason , bottom line you get the point . Our stay was horrific !!! I attached photos to show you a bit of why my 700+ stay got me . They responded days later offering me 10 dollars per day for a refund and didn't even apologize!!!! I still haven't heard back from them...DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!!!
