Review 2/25/2010
I was ripped off myself and have tried through numerous different paths to get my money back. All seem to come to a dead end and I'm out $2500.
To the scumbags that took mine and everyone else's money:
How any of you sleep at night, I'll never know. You took advantage of people at a hard pressed time in our lives, and made them even harder. One day you will get yours. When that day comes I hope I am sitting nearby to see it all come unraveled. Any of you that were involved in this should be behind bars for good. I am not giving up and I hope the rest of you out there that were scammed will not throw in the towel either. For that is just what these people want, for us to get frustrated and give up. If any of you out there are reading this contact the Orange, CA police department or the law offices of Steve C. Vondran maybe if enough of us call they will take notice. It seems to be the only lead that gave me some promise. Dont let them get away with this

Here some additional info

Attention: Homeowners, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Professionals, and anyone in the Loan Modification Business.

Company Fees as follows:
Legal Fee: $1, 395.00 any amount above would be “Affiliate” or 3rd party commission.
Processing Fee: $995.00. This is when 3rd party collects fee from homeowner directly.

This is a loan modification company set up as; fee’s collected by “Affiliates” (3rd party) from the desperate homeowner s. Fees collected behalf of “National Loan Resolution Law Center”. Upon receipt of file and check clearing, 3rd party would then receive a “marketing “commission from “National Loan Resolution Processing”.
This company has had great success in completing many modifications. However it’s not clear what happened with the Attorney and management.

On Friday October 8th (see actual email below) company stopped accepting files in the name of the Law Office because of SB94. Also that day was payday for “Affiliates”, 3rd party commissions. As usual Affiliates came in and waited for their checks some for over 7 hours and walked out empty handed. Some Affiliates expected as much as $30, 000.00 Commissions. Brian Fox and Joe’s response was simply “company is out of money” Sorry! Thanks for the business. No questions asked!

Problems immediately escalated next few days when employees were being let go one after another. There is over 1, 000 desperate homeowners in the pipeline. As employees were let go they were given last checks. That’s right checks were NSF (Non Sufficient Funds). These are processors that were the backbone of the company working very late hours, unappreciated and saving homeowner.

Whether this company initially collapsed or this was in the works already there is absolutely no excuse not to services homeowners, employees and Affiliates (3rd Party).

Any company that collect upfront fees for service not complete has Fiduciary responsibility to its customers.

In the month of September National Loan Resolution Received over 180 Files X ($2, 500 -$3, 500) Fees = A lot of money.

Please consider and do you du-diligence before doing any business with Brian Fox, Joe Henrichsen or Jeremy Roark (Attorney).

Bottom Line: This Company Scammed, Ripped off: Homeowners, Brokers, Realtors, Affiliates, Employees, anyone associated.
