This managment company is TERRIBLE and any property they run. Agent "Greg Allen Johnson" stood me up. got a $40 "app" deposit (when it was only $25 as contract said) and didnt return the money when we didnt get approved. when i asked to speak to higher ups, he just stopped answering my calls and text. The company also gave me an approval and then pulled it 24 after because of "credit score", even though i had 780 score cosigner and gave me no other reason that make sense. all tenants ALSO said building management is HORRIBLE. would NEVER do business with this fraud company or Greg A. Johnson, Linda Green, or Monem Corporation. F-
