Extremely Positive Rating for my shopping experience at Modern Designer Lighting

It is my pleasure to write a quite positive review for the folks at Modern Designer Lighting. I came across the store on the internet while/after searching more lighting websites than I could count for a particular brand of floor lamp. Although the lamps were always listed for sale on other websites – with a buy & checkout button – turns out that they were never available, and my payments were cancelled.
When I got to the Modern Designer Lighting website and contacted customer service (as I had also done at a number of the other websites), the representative with whom I spoke was quite helpful and he went as far as to contact the parent company of the lamps that I wanted. As it turned out, even though the lamps had been discontinued, the parent company had some available that had been stored-away, such that I was able to get my two lamps.
During the entire process, the representative excelled at both email and phone communication to keep me posted on what was happening with the lamps. He answered all of my questions, and when the lamps reached him, he made sure that the ones he sent me were in excellent working (and physical) condition.
I really couldn’t ask more for an internet (or any other type of) shopping experience, and I recommend MDL without hesitation to other internet lamp shoppers.
