My mother heard of this fraudulent company advertised over a Spanish Broadcasting Station. Since she was desperate, she visited a particular location where they were located. Without consultation, my mother wrote a $1900 check on the spot. She was obviously gulible and ignorant for being tricked into handing over such large sum of money without signing anything. I guess that is what occurs when one is desperate and in the verge of losing what they worked so hard to purchase (a home). They promised to help her but never did anything. She has called several times and they just give her the run around. The contact person claims to no longer work at this location but provides her with an additional number. This entire company is a scam and my mother kept quiet for several months because she felt terrible about how they took advantage of her.
