On a Tuesday in August I requested a refund and the phone person said that they would reduce the payment to $9.99 if I would keep the service. If I did not want it I could request a refund on Wednesday. My full report with my credit score did not process so I called and requested a refund on Wednesday. I was told that my credit card was already debited for the charge and it could not be stopped. She then told me that I could cancel next month. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she put my call on hold and returned with the assurance that my account would be credited THIS ONE TIME. My account was credited within 24hrs.
