Okay so in general the service is great...the guys are pretty courteous and responsive to questions. I brought my car in for an oil change and free tire rotation w a coupon $17.99. The first time, that is exactly what I paid $17.99 plus tax. I drive alot so i need my car serviced pretty often. I came in a couple months later (again w/ a coupon) This time, they pointed out a few other services that my car needed. The bill would have come to over $500! But when i started asking questions, the guys we pretty honest about what had to be immediately done, what could wait, and any other options I had. I ended up spending a little over $200. Not bad. Im writing the review bc after the service i went to get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic (family friend) on the other suggested services which i had not completed and his recommendations were exactly the same--it only validated what Midas reps had told me. It made me feel comfortable to keep coming to this location. Now I know that large auto repair companies have a bad rep for hiking up costs and unnecessary repairs so I just figured i have to give credit where credit is due. So...thanks Midas! (FYI: im referring to the Midas in Bell, CA)
