Company Error Still Refuses to Refund

I purchased a dress for my daughter on line. I had initially selected a large but my daughter had me change it to a medium. The on-line order showed the large was removed. When I attempted to check out the system kept timing out before going to the payment screen. After 3 times I checked out. To my surprise I received two dresses. I checked my email and found sure enough they had charged me for the two. I immediately contacted the merchant and returned the unopened large dress. I explained the issues I had with their website when checking out. I was told to send an email explaining the issue. I received an email back saying no refund, I could have a credit. This was a one time purchase and I'll never make another with this company so I called. I was told they do not issue refunds, even if it is their fault. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would get back with me. Three calls and two emails later still no call back. Not only was I out $14 to return the item they sent in error, they refuse to refund my card. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company. You may get more than you bargained for.
