This is a terrible company. The service dept sucks. After outright buying a vehicle from them, many service returns incomplete, a service person, Anthony Anderson, a self proclaimed "hustler", I tired and sold the car, 525I. The new owner was in a near fatal crash several days later. Thank GOD he is still alive. The brand itself is safe. However, take care you don't buy from LongBeach BMW who will sell u a clunker, they know they should not sell. I don't know why I cant get to the past reviews. There were many. BMW doesn not answer to BBB or The Lemon Law. They Answer to no one.
