I want to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I posted a comment about Rose Marie Hollander on a previous complaint, that Rose Marie reached out to me personally within literally 2 minutes of posting the comment. She expressed her concern with my dissatisfaction of how my file was being handled and immediatly followed up the next business day to review my file and contact appropriate resources to try to get me a satisfactory result. I don't have a final outcome yet, but was gratified by Ms Hollanders immediate response to my comments/concerns. I look forward to having more open channels of communication, more consistent updates and hopefully a succesful resolution of my issue. I will post a final review upon completion of my file.
