I have also ordered this same fish 3D motion Picture for my sick grandma, back on November 1st, then 30 days went by December 1st and I placed my order with paypal on a dispute as no item received yet, took until the last days on the dispute they sent a FEDEX TRACKING # for my item to be shipped took two weeks to get here by FEDEX ,when it came on December 8th ,it was broken inside the second box,so they sent me a broken picture on purpose then I had to dispute it as damaged ,got only a refund and I still have this picture that is very very damaged that is probably not fixable.
I thought this company would make it right but now I had to report them to the www.la.bbb , on this and all the photo's of the picture of it damaged, all the phone #'s and emails do not work from this company an they do not respond back to you AT ALL.
The Customer Service I received is a be FAT {F}
They still are not responding to paypal or LA BBB on this issue and
I can't believe they would not take care of their own Customers ,
so why is other people allowed to order from them on this website
and keep buying from them , why is not their website being taken down by the LA BBB. how many complaints does it take to shut them down !!!!!
