This is something I seldom do, giving praise before the deal is done. However if you are on the fence with this company, maybe I can reassure you to stick it out with Intercap Lending Inc. Having had tremendous lousy experience with other BIG lenders,
up to include lousy communications, and dragging their feet, I was glad that I found this company. Now mind you I'm picky, and demanding(so they say)but so far dealing with this company has been a great pleasure, and like I said I have to wait till this loan
funds. Regardless I feel competent to give this company my endorsement prior to final closing. Individuals such as Matt Smith, Samantha Bretz, Mark Barley, Joel Harrison, Ralph Uribarre, and countless others behind the scene, made this loan process such a
pleasant experience. Stay tuned for my final account on how it went, but I foresee no problems on the horizon, everything has been thoroughly explained and properly communicated, and that is most of the battle you gonna run into with a lender. Thanks Intercap.
Max Langeveld So here it is Oct 1, 2013, and folks yes I started with this lender on 9-16-2013, so 16 days later I'm finished, my loan is funded and recorded. I can only say AMAZING! Because of my previous lender dragging their heels and giving me lipservice
I lost 22 days in the process. This company was cautious optimistic when I asked them if they could close before my original escrow due date Oct 8 2013. They not only were great to work with, but beat my original escrow date by 7 days. So my advise to you
all, as a simple Joe, give them a try, I'm glad I did. Thanks Intercap Lending Max Happy and proud home owner again.
