I won't say this is a scam yet but I am not satisfied with results thus far. Hopefully things will get better. I saw an ad on Craigslist that said "$750 1bd Culver City". This is one of the areas that is nearby my school so this looked good and was also reasonable so I called the number. Someone named Krissy assured me that that place was still available and told me about the service for a $34 fee in which I would subsequently get an email listing for this place and others within 24 hours. At first I was skeptical but did some surface research and called back. Paid $19 for expedited service to receive a call within one hour. Did receive a call as promised but the caller did not provide ant information on any leads, instead stated I would receive an email listing by 3pm (approx 2 hours). I kept checking my email but by 4pm still did not receive an email. Called and was told I would have it in 10 minutes. I had told them I wanted areas of Culver City, Westchester, and North Inglewood. When I received my listings it was mostly the unsavory part of Inglewood and the listing that initially prompted the phone call? Not on the list. Called one place, and they did not have apartment available. I will be requesting another email of listings.
