InPhonex and VarPhonex have an extremelly easy system to setup and migrate to in case you have a company, if you are a residential customer you are pretty much risking to have your service shutdown, specialy if you have a stay at home wife that makes phone calls during business hours.
Their Concept of unlimited plans is not unlimited at all, in fact it is plain false advertisement.
I have a stay at home fiance and she socializes a lot with her friends, InPhonex systems considers this a pattern comparable to comercial usage, we use their World Unlimited plan and we use this plan to not only call local numbers but also a couple of locations across the world a few times a week.
I called their customer service numerous times trying to get more information about what is it that we are doing wrong and got no information about how they got to the conclusion that we use the system comercialy.
I honestly feel that my privacy has been violated, I have been sold a plan based on false advertisement and forced to upgrade to a comercial plan because of a unexplainable "pattern" that not even their customer service can explain how it works.
I would rate thier system a 10 for setup but a 1 for quality of service, transparency and customer care.
