I hate gyms because I get demotivated the minute I get there, but this place has high energy music, high energy instructors and workout routines that change daily; I expected it to be fun, but hitting and kicking a bag is way more therapeutic than I even expected; you'll be sore, but if you go as often as you can you'll feel less sore, stronger and more motivated every time. The initial trial was stupid-cheap, and I liked it so I signed the crazy-long term contract the first day to get the cheaper rate, and I don't regret it at all, this is the only workout I've stuck to!
